Prospective authors are invited to submit high-quality, original technical papers for presentation at the conference and publication in the BCWSP 2026 Proceedings and IEEE Xplore. Inclusion in IEEE Xplore is subject to IEEE’s scope and quality requirements.
Accepted and presented papers may be indexed and archived through IEEE Xplore.
Paper Preparation
- Submit a complete paper of 4–6 pages (including figures, tables, and references) in LaTeX or DOC/DOCX, following the IEEE conference template.

No Show Policy Important
To be published in the IEEE BCWSP 2026 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference, and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE-formatted, publication-ready version of the paper.

- Create your manuscript.
- Proofread and perform layout checks.
- Use PDF eXpress to generate or validate an Xplore-compatible PDF.

- Create a PDF eXpress account by selecting “New Users – Click Here”.
- Enter 70484X as the Conference ID.
- Upload your file(s) to convert or check format compatibility.
- After completing PDF eXpress, return to EDAS and upload your final Xplore-compatible PDF.
